Method of payments, credit cards At this time we are only accepting payments on web site by credit cards. You can make a payment by using any of following card types:
Your credit card is charged through the secure gateway at the end of checkout process. We do not collect your credit card data anywhere in our reach. No worry about backorders, be aware that we pack your merchandise on the day of purchase and never delay shipping. Sales tax yarnbow.com is registered in Texas state and we have legal obligation of collecting sales tax for all orders shipped within Texas. The Site will add 7.75% to your order during checkout process. The tax will be added as separate line and the amount will be added to the total before you place the order. Shipping All of the store items we have presented on the Site are in stock and will ship out within 24 hours from the time you placed an order with regard to Sunday the day off. At this time we are offering flat shipping/handling rate that depends on country of destination only. You can see the rate before checking out. We use US Postal Service for shipping all orders. For domestic transactions, packages under 0.7 pound are shipped by USPS First Class mail and all others by USPS Priority mail. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days for delivery, First Class – 2 to 6 working days. For international shipping we use USPS Global Priority mail. Return policy We respect your right of returning merchandise. We will never ask you any questions. Please review following rules of our Return Policy. You can return yarn within 30 day from the shipment day of your order in resalable condition. To return yarn you must contact us and receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns without RMA will be accepted. After receiving your return we will refund the card you used to place an order for the price of returned yarn. Refund will be issued within up to 3 business days from the day we receive your return. Unless the return is because of our mistake, we will not refund shipping cost. Please note that if you received your order with Free shipping, we will charge the actual shipping cost (the amount we paid for the shipping) in case of return. We reserve the right of not accepting the return of item that does not meet our resalable conditions requirements. Product images and Actual products We are doing our best to provide you best possible images of the products (especially yarn) we are offering on the Site and create most realistic impression of the products. Even with that, the way you will see the images will mostly depend on the characteristics of your monitor. yarnbow.com is not responsible if the actual yarn will look different from what you see in on your screen. Such a notice is normal practice for online sales and does not mean lower priority of this subject.
