Cashmere has always been considered a luxury as it requires a lot of animals to produce a small amount of fiber. Now we love all wools (obvs) but we also love the planet, so we wanted to do luxury in a more sustainably-minded way. Our GRS certified 100% recycled cashmere is made in Italy, where preloved cashmere garments and production waste are ground down and respun into a sumptuous and stitchable new fiber. And because the cashmere is sorted into colors at the beginning of this process there is no need for dyeing.
