Knitting for Olive Compatible Cashmere is an ultra soft and exclusive yarn in 100% Cashmere. Compatible Cashmere can be knitted as a second strand, as an alternative to Soft Silk Mohair. The yarn can be knitted on its own on 3mm needles using double strand and used as an alternative to Knitting for Olive Merino. The Cashmere Wool yarn is produced in Italy. The spinning mill follows ethical, technical and environmental standards, creating yarns free from harmful chemicals. The yarn is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificated Please be aware that fibers from Cashmere are shorter than, for example, fibers from Merino, which means that the finished knit requires special care in relation to pilling. We recommend the use of a Cashmere Comb or carefully cutting the loose fibers off with a pair of scissors, to maintain your knit in perfect condition.
